Electron beam modification of the Grade 2 titanium surface after ionplasma nitriding

The change of structure of Grade 2 titanium subjected to ion-plasma nitriding at 850 ℃ for 5 hours in a gas atmosphere consisting of pure argon at the heating stage, and Ar + N2 in the soaking stage, after electron-beam exposure are investigated.
